A graduate of the University of Michigan, his works have been performed by several orchestras and ensembles including the Detroit Symphony, the Orchestra of St. Luke’s in New York, and the Boulder Symphony of Colorado, which premiered his choral orchestral work “Song for Humanity” in collaboration with the 150-voice Boulder Chorale.

As a film composer and pianist, he frequently collaborates will film production studios, including HitRECord, a Los Angeles-based company headed Hollywood actor/director Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Cargile taught piano privately for 8 years before compiling his knowledge and experience into the Quicklessons Piano Course, which has been accessed by thousands of students in the United States and around the world.[/text_block]
